Environmental Conservation Initiative – Combating Deforestation

This programme raises awareness about the urgent need to protect the environment and preserve natural resources. Through informative sessions, discussions, and hands-on activities, participants learn about the causes and consequences of deforestation and practical steps to address it.

As part of the initiative, nearly 1,000 plants are in plans to be planted via community tree drives, sapling adoption, school and college green campaigns, and village-level plantation programmes—taking a tangible step toward restoring greenery and combating climate change.

The initiative also sets the stage for future activities, including regular tree plantation drives, environmental awareness campaigns, eco-club formations, and active community participation, ensuring that the message of sustainability and forest protection reaches a wider audience. Furthermore, the Society has planned several upcoming activities focused on regular tree plantation drives, environmental awareness campaigns, eco-club formations, and encouraging community participation to strengthen the movement against deforestation.

Labour Welfare & Empowernment

Initiatives in labour welfare aim to ensure workers have access to essential welfare schemes, fair wages, and improved working conditions. By facilitating awareness, guidance, and support, these programs help workers secure their livelihoods, protect their rights, and enhance overall job stability.

Beyond financial security, labour welfare initiatives focus on empowerment—enabling workers to gain knowledge about their entitlements, participate in skill development programs, and build a stronger foundation for themselves and their families. These efforts not only improve individual well-being but also contribute to the growth and resilience of local communities.

Through continued engagement and support, labour welfare initiatives strive to create a workforce that is informed, empowered, and equipped to thrive, fostering dignity, opportunity, and long-term socio-economic development.
